A dedicated mental health and addictions professional with over 8 years of progressive experience, currently service as Director of Programs and Client serves at the Calgary Dream Centre. My journey began as an outreach worker in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, B.C, where I developed a deep understanding of marginalized populations and trauma-informed care. With a Master's degree in Counselling and experience at a successful private practice, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and organizational leadership to my current role. I oversee comprehensive recovery-oriented programs, lead curriculum development, and manage multi-disciplinary teams while ensuring evidence-based best practices in mental health and addiction services. My approach combines strategic program development with a compassionate care delivery, focusing on creating sustainable pathways to recovery for vulnerable populations.
