I am an Associate on the Planning Team at 49 Financial in its Kansas City Office. Our Planning Team gets to help families and executive teams sift through the complexities of their financial pictures, whether personal or business, and create simplicity so that they can spend more time doing what they are most passionate about with the people they care about the most. Ecclesiastes 4:9, which says,"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor," has been the impetus for our team to create community around families as it pertains to their holistic financial landscape. As a junior on the planning team, I work with alongside and under our Senior Associates to build holistic plans for individuals approaching retirement, business owners, C-Suite Executives, and high-net worth families. Our Planning Team is positioned as the Hub in our Hub & Spoke model in which the Spokes are different teams of subject matter experts who we bring in to help serve families and businesses we are building financial plans for as it makes sense. Some of these spokes include, but are not limited to: Investments, Estate Planning, Philanthropic Architecture, M&A Advisory, Group Health Benefits, 401(k) management, Accounting, and more. On the persional side: I am a Disciple of Jesus and a Husband to Gracie. Those are the top 2 most important things about me. Some other things I enjoy: Travel, Reading, Finance (of course), MMA, Skiing, Swimming, Movies, & Enjoying Good Food & Conversation with Friends & Family.
