About Ajay Agarwal

I knew from an early age that I had an attraction for financial markets and I follwed the voice.Starting my carrer as a trader in the securities and derivatives gave me the adraline rush and roller coaster carrer I wished. This first hand front offive experience of financial markets at an early stage of my carrer came handy with such knowledge that no book could teach.With a small stint in sales and business development, I headed into back office towards to fight my second calling of public speaking and learning.Being in the business training from last one decades I have designed specialied learning curriculums and help teams achieve capabilities. Finding learning opportunities and mapping solutions to meet them has been my key role.In these 10 years my voice has reached to more than 26 countries and have given me an insight of various cultures across the globe.In these years I have got an opportunity to work with people from front to back, and this gives lot of stories to be shared with the new work-force joining the fleet.Until my current role, I never realised I could speak infront of audeince as huge as 500+. But like they say practise makes you perfect, so did I.The more you learn, the more you grow, and what better if you are in the role of learning!
