Utilizing my sales experience, I started growing as L&D professional at Max Life Insurance. Over the years, I am well versed with Training Delivery, Content Creation and Competency Development for various management sales positions. Created and delivered technology rich course material using my Instructional Design skills and creativity for enriched learning experience. Known for my ability to address organizational developmental needs through training, I am a quick learner and a team player too.
