About Ajay Chawan

Over the course of my life, I have developed the reputation of the person you call if you have a seemingly impossible job to get done. A rocket scientist who thrives in social environments, I enjoy working with others to solve a problem. I truly believe in the power of the collective: the more points of view you can bring to bear on a challenge, the better solution you will reach. Like the conductor of an orchestra, my strength is getting people from different groups to work together toward a common goal. I am a first-generation Indian-America who has had the opportunity to live, study, and work across the U.S. and abroad. The most important lesson I learned from these experiences is that each person has a unique point of view that must be considered when crafting a solution to a challenge. Applying this approach, I have been successful in bringing new products and services to markets in multiple industries, including energy, transportation, healthcare, and food & beverage. I believe that every problem has at least one solution - my goal is to find the best solution. Failure is not an option.
