I'm a project and operations professional with a deep interest in ecology and nearly a decade of experience managing teams, coordinating complex fieldwork, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Over the past few years, I've had the privilege of working in the environmental sector, where I’ve managed ornithological surveys across 30+ sites, led teams of field surveyors and data officers, and served as a bridge between clients, survey teams, and reporting units. I care about the details, but I never lose sight of the bigger picture — delivering quality work, on time, while supporting the people who make it possible. My work is grounded in ecological integrity and operational efficiency. I enjoy bringing structure to complexity — whether it's resourcing surveys, improving data workflows, or building strong relationships with stakeholders. Outside of work, I like hiking forest trails, strumming my guitar, and training jiu-jitsu. I’m always looking to connect with others in the environmental and sustainability space who are working to make a positive impact through science, collaboration, and smart project execution.
