I am diploma mechanical engineer and have more than 15 years experience in production and quality department. Presently I am working in INVENSION TECHNOSYS PVT. LIMITED as a post of engineer in production department my job profile working as a shift in charge in production EDM wire cut cnc machine. And Responsible for smooth Operation of top, bottom and stripper plate, die punch, punch holder, blanking punch, die housing etc. at EDM wire cutting CNC machine. My past year experience in MOSER BAER INDIA LIMITED as a post of engineer in quality department my job profile I am doing in process quality control like as a electrical and mechanical testing of CD, DVD, audit of final testing of material and shift handling and maintain ISO documentation and MIS generate daily wise. My past year experience I had worked in STI SANOH INDIA LIMITED in Dewas as a post of assistant foreman in quality department my job profile final audit of tube like as mechanical testing of tube and tubular component and record maintain as per customer specification. After that I had worked with BRITISH MOTER CAR COMPANY 1934 LIMITED in Dewas as a post of Trainee engineer my job profile handling of saving machine and quality check like as lead profile and mechanical testing of gear. After that I had worked in GOVIND SUGAR MILL as a post of apprentice engineer my job profile maintenance of pump, valve, turbine and rotary component. My computer knowledge six month diploma computer application completed in Basic fundamental Operations from STERLITE FOUNDATION Nagda. I have taken six sigma training from Advance Innovation Group. Many time awarded in kaizen activity at shop floor and best employee of the month.One time CAM designed of the saving machine the productivity increased double. I have also knowledge auto cad and design of die plate and die component. Knowledge of Auto Cad 2D and 3D. Solid works & sheet metal and NX (unigraphics).
