About Ajay Dand

You can’t scale AI agents you can’t measure or govern.I’m a two-time entrepreneur focused on turning complex IT and AI systems into dependable, outcome-driven business capabilities.I founded Ninesec Integration in Mumbai in working with mid & large enterprises to design and deliver IT infrastructure solutions as a value-added reseller. That experience shaped a long-term perspective on enterprise technology: reliability, accountability, and operational discipline matter as much as innovation. In August 2025, I founded Zypero Intellect, Singapore to address a critical gap in enterprise AI adoption. AegentIQ™ is an outcome-focused intelligence layer for AI agents — enabling continuous performance evaluation, agent scoring, early drift detection, and governance controls across multi-agent environments. The platform helps enterprises move from AI experimentation to operational AI at scale, with visibility and confidence. My strengths lie at the intersection of business acumen, strategic vision, IT and AI strategy, and clear stakeholder communication. I’m always open to thoughtful conversations around enterprise AI agents, AI governance, and outcome-driven automation — whether that’s exploring a pilot, partnership, or exchanging perspectives on where agent-based AI is headed.
