I am Retail banking professional with 8+ years of experience in business development, relationship management, customer value proposition, and credit risk. I have a hands-on experience in managing the branch and providing optimal levels of customer service while supervising efficient working of the staff. I have a track record of achieving exceptional results in profitability and customer service. I am well versed in all aspects of general banking operations, capital market investments, lending products, compliance and audit requirements. I have a proven experience in working with senior management in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Currently, I am associated with IDFC FIRST BANK and designated as Deputy Manager wherein; I am responsible for coordinating with the marketing team for merchandising and enhancing the branch visual appeal and maintaining a good rapport with the high-value clients of the branch to ensure continual growth in business. Prior to this, I worked with Axis Finance Ltd and India bulls Consumer Finance Ltd. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Arts from North Orissa University and a PGPFS course from ITM UNIVERSITY.
