Heading almost all the department of Head office including IT and Currency Chest • Being a branch banking head-responsibility of all growth, advances, audit and other requirements of all branches. • Secretary of Loan Committee, Audit Committee, ALM and Senior Staff Committee, Investment. • Responsible for conducting AGM, Board Meeting and all other Meetings, core area is to decide Agenda for Meeting, Preparing of Minutes, Reviewing Month on Month progress on Asset and Liabilities of the Bank • Sanctioning & disbursing of various Loans and Advances, analysis of eligibility of Borrowers, setting up Overdraft Limits / Drawing Powers, Priority Sector Lending and Recovery of Loans are the key areas • Conducting Branch Inspection and review the performance on MOM, to guide branches how to achieve Budgets and to prepare action plan accordingly • Preparation and submission of various regulatory Returns and Reports as per RBI and RCS • Meeting with Vendors / Suppliers for day to day smooth functioning of bank including IT and other important areas
