My self Ajay Kumar Singh. I am from Hardoi District of Uttar Pradesh. I completed my B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering) degree program in 2021 through Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology Kanpur. Now I am working in StoneMen Crafts India Private Limited, Agra Uttar Pradesh as a Product Development Engineer.•To conduct FPA and midline inspection with PRRA, MCP, PFD, E-PPAP and Buyer Sample.•To conduct testing of product like, Functional Test, High Voltage Test, Polarity Test, Cord Pull Test, Endurance Test, Drop Test, Stability Test, Stain Test, Tilt Test (Static and Dynamic), Moisture Test of Wood, Barcode Rubbing and Scanning Test etc. • Also responsible for conduct inspection images for FRI.• Knowledge about mechanical tools like Vernier caliper, Screw gauge, Feeler gauge, Pressure gauge, Moisture meter, Lux meter, water level.• Knowledge about lighting testing as per UL Standard • Knowledge about QMS and CTQ• Knowledge about 5S and TIMWOOD• Knowledge about 3M and 6Sigma• Knowledge about SOP of defferent Buyer according to their standards like William Sonoma, West Elm, Mark & Graham, Pottery Barn, Target, Westwing, Anaya, H&M, Indigo, Dillard, Country Road, Mitchel Gold, Devid Johns, CB and CB2, etc.• Knowledge about audit and Audit checkpoint according to Buyer standards• Knowledge about C&G, Lathe, Polish, Pasting Lacquer and Wax making process• Responsible for lead the Product design development review and risk meeting with Marchant, Designer, Product Engineer, PD Assigner and PD Coordinator.•Responsible for review Buyer PD and design for confirm Process Flow Diagram according to available machinery and artisans in factory.• Responsible for review CAD (Drawn by PD Engineer and Designer) and sign for the product development as per the buyer Specks/Drawing/sample.• Responsible for review the sample in every development stages like CNC, Turning, Cutting and Grinding, Finishing etc.Responsible for review final sample with the approved CAD. • Responsible for the Tech review of the final sample.• Responsible for the conduct Sample Review Risk Analysis Meeting with the production, sampling, marketing and internal quality team.• Responsible for share buyer production callouts and process limitations at the initial stage.
