Senior Vice President – Network and Service Management & Operations | Reliance Jio With over a decade of leadership at Reliance Jio, I have been at the forefront of transforming India’s telecom and digital services landscape. As the head of the National Network & Services Management Center, I have led the design, deployment, and operations of one of the world’s largest and most advanced all-IP networks—supporting over 500 million mobility users (5G SA and 4G), 20 million+ Fixed Wireless Access and FTTH subscribers, and 1 million+ IoT and enterprise customers. Led the cloud-native solutions across the end-to-end telecom stack, enterprise platforms, and digital services ecosystem, accelerating time-to-market and operational agility. Our teams have enabled high-performance delivery of HD Voice services (VoNR, VoLTE, VoWiFi) and seamless convergence across mobility, home, and enterprise domains. We are strategically evolving towards 5G Advanced, Private 5G, and URSP-based network slicing to unlock differentiated service experiences for consumers and enterprises alike. Our forward-looking initiatives in 5G Roaming and SLA-driven service delivery are helping position Jio as a pioneer in next-gen telecom innovations. A key area of focus has been the integration of Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies for network and service management. These capabilities power intelligent automation, traffic steering, closed-loop assurance, and self-optimizing networks, driving performance, efficiency, and customer-centric outcomes at massive scale.
