CATIA V5-6 2017 MODELING, ANALYSIS, KINEMATIC ANALYSIS • Generative surface design • CATSCRIPT programming • ANSYS ICEM CFD meshing, structural analysis • Creating various leading edge wing shapes like convex root extension, concave root extension, ogive shape, single sweep in CATIA for improving the characteristics of pitching moment and reducing the approach speed. • Creating various shape of Drop tanks (1350 lt) in CATIA with an intention of optimizing it in subsonic regimes for improvement in range with least impact on drag. • Creation of Parametric Vortex flap Shape for Optimization exercise to reduce Approach speed during Approach phase of an aircraft. Some shapes which were tried out includes rectangle, gothic, gothic-rectangle and triangular shape. Additional parameters include Chord, span and angle wise design and optimization. • Structural analysis of Vortex flap for Integration on Wind tunnel model was carried out in ANSYS. • Study of MIL spec for effective integration of Arrestor hook system. Working on AHS kinematics simulation in CATIA (DMU Kin), also structural analysis in CATIA Generative structural Analysis. • Evolving various shapes for the jet fuel starter (JFS) exhaust duct for the purpose of stores clearance and improving total pressure recovery and efficiency. • Proficiency Inspection of Repair & Overhaul of Aero Engine Components. • Knowledge in (GD & T) Geometrical Dimensions and Tolerance & Standards. • Familiar with various measuring instruments used in the Inspection. • Knowledge of Various NDT & Cleaning methods used for Aero Engine Components. • Knowledge of various processes like Heat treatment and Welding,etc. • Industrial training at 1 BRD AIR FORCE, KANPUR in servicing of aircraft, aircraft system and equipment’s. • AIR -134 in AE GATE 2018.
