As an experienced professional with a background in administration, finance, and public relations, I have honed my skills in communication, patience, and a positive attitude to effectively work with colleagues. I joined National Seeds Corporation in July 2017 as a Senior trainee in Marketing. Within 2 months, Impressed by my skills and efficiency, higher authorities showed their trust in me and gave me the opportunity to handle the entire plant and operations in Bathinda District. I got the opportunity to make my own strategies and implement them. I developed a custom inventory management Excel model that reduced waiting times for logistics, showcased proficiency in data analysis and innovation, and surpassed all the allocated budget targets. To get bigger exposure and pursue my interest in the Finance industry, I joined Punjab National Bank in June 2018 as a Specialist officer. In PNB, I worked in different departments and different positions. My hunger to be more professional led me to pursue a dedicated master's in finance. I completed MSc in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary University of London. Currently I am working as a Credit Risk Analyst at IWOCA. My commitment to hard work and adaptability has enabled me to succeed in any environment and take on new challenges with a relentless drive for progress. With my experience in credit management, risk analysis, and financial modeling, I am well-equipped to make strategic decisions and improve organizational efficiency. As a member of the Chartered Banker Institute and the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, I am committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
