About Ajay Sethi

Accomplished IT Manager with over 30 years of extensive experience in corporate IT operations, digital transformation, and project management. My strengths lie in IT including Tableau Analytics, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP C4C, and mobile application development focused on improving customer service. Additionally, I have a solid foundation in SAP BASIS, SAP Security, Lotus Domino Server Administration, and IT infrastructure management, which has contributed to my consistent recognition as an "Exceptional Performer" in Goodyear’s annual assessments for four consecutive years. Furthermore, I was honored to receive the CIO Award in 2023 for my contributions to the field. I actively seek opportunities to analyze, design, and implement effective business process improvements. In my current role, I have embraced the challenge of managing dual responsibilities, functioning as both a key IT Manager and the acting Head of IT for the past year and a half (in absence of Head IT). This experience has enriched my ability to lead a variety of IT projects, systems, and teams, and has significantly enhanced my qualifications for higher responsibilities as Head of IT in a large organization of repute. For 3 decades, I preferred to be working with one great organization like Goodyear and build my career here. My key services are in the arena of, overall management of Goodyear (India) Information and Communication technology services to extend all support to business achieve strategic and operational goals, digital transformation strategy, core technologies, and analytics capabilities which are aligned to accelerate business insights and enhance decision-making across the organization, integration of India IT Technology and Services, Infrastructure, Applications, and the IT Leadership Team into the broader Regional and Global Goodyear IT businesses, develop team and influence developing cultural growth & focus on customer service excellence, etc.
