My responsibilities span across: Investor Relations – Representing the company to the investment community with transparency, consistency, and strategic insight. I facilitate meaningful dialogue between the company’s leadership and institutional investors, analysts, and market participants. Strategic Support to the Director – Acting as a trusted advisor to the board and executive team, supporting strategic initiatives, regulatory preparedness, and business-critical decisions. Corporate Governance & Risk Oversight – As a Certified Forensic Accountant and Fraud Investigator, I bring a strong lens of control, compliance, and risk awareness to financial and operational processes.
