About Aji Rahim

With over 20 years of experience in service, mining, and port industries, I am a seasoned executive and a certified Master Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma. I have successfully led and implemented strategic and operational improvement initiatives across multiple continents, delivering significant results in cost reduction, profitability enhancement, and customer satisfaction. Currently, as the Chief Transformation Officer at International Transportation Service (ITS), I am responsible for creating and executing the transformation roadmap for one of the largest container terminals in North America. I leverage my skills in data analytics, change management, performance management, and terminal design and optimization to align the organization with the strategic objectives and ensure participation and engagement at all levels. My mission is to enable ITS to achieve operational excellence, business growth, and competitive advantage in the dynamic and complex port sector.
