About Ajin Jo Augustine

I'm basically an IT Support Engineer with an experience in working with NHS dealing with ICT Project Support in assisting software migrations and rollout of new software systems at Tameside and Glossop NHS. Prior to that I have been managing the Data Quality of Patient Administration Sytems of Manchester University Foundation Trust (MFT). Previously a Support Engineer in Quality and Engineering of Cooper Standard at Jaguar Land Rover, Liverpool. I am also an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer with 7+ years of experience and track record of self management of independent projects, as well as collaborate as part of a productive team. I have working experience with Windows OS support, Microsoft Office package, Windows Server supports, Intune Administration and Support, Support of various networks such as WAN, LAN, VLAN, VPN, etc. Experienced with the latest cutting edge development tools and procedures. Bringing forth the ability to synthesize quantitative information and interact effectively with colleagues and clients. I am open to new challenges and I do update my IT skills on a regular basis. I strongly believe that I can accomplish the tasks assigned to me and manage the risks related with my duties and responsibilities.
