Key Duties & Responsibilities EDUCATION TECHNOLOGIES / ERP’s / MDM Platforms TECHNICAL SKILLS • Data Modeling: o Defining/updating product’s general and technical attributes. o Product configuration as per customer requirements. • Data Cleansing: o Ensuring the master data is set correctly & completely. o Frequently performing data cleansing activities such as deduplication, standardization and validation. • Data Quality: o Validation of master data attributes using check list and rules. o Monitoring & improving data quality with the help of data audits. o Master data corrections. • Process Improvements: o Continuously checking the scope & feasibility of improvements in repetitive & manual processes. o MDM best practices implementation. o Root cause analysis
