I am a Production Manager at Nutrition & Diet Center (NDC) in Saudi Arabia where I lead and optimize food production and export operations for over four years. With a bachelor's degree in Industrial Fisheries and a HACCP certification I have over 20 years of experience in the food industry specializing in food safety and quality management. My core competencies include implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) and lean manufacturing techniques directing cost-control systems analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing effective supervision and guidance to the team. I have consistently driven process improvements to enhance productivity and resource utilization resulting in exceptional results and customer satisfaction. I have also ensured compliance with SFDA standards and updated and monitored the HACCP plan to maintain food safety. My mission is to deliver high-quality and nutritious food products to the customers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety in the organization.
