Taurani Group of Companies (the “Group”) is a multinational conglomerate headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The business expanded from a small trading outfit in Dubai in 1976, to several manufacturing plants in six different locations within the UAE. The Group’s products are sold across the GCC nations as well as to the far corners of the world through distribution offices in the USA, UK, and Australia with the help of well-defined business strategies, able leadership and a highly dedicated workforce of over employees worldwide. Trading includes all structural steel products as well as pipes and tubes manufactured within the Group. Such sales are within the GCC with UAE having the lion’s share. Manufacturing began in 1990 of steel tubes and pipes (at Universal Tube & Plastic Products Limited, with a second company THL Tubes & Pipes added in 2010) and over the years extended to steel and aluminium scaffolding (KHK Scaffolding & Formwork Limited LLC), stainless steel bright bars (KHK Steel Industries), steel castings (Ducast Factory LLC in 1994), galvanised and PVC coated steel wire (Al Khaleej Steel Industries). Sales of these products stretched from the UAE to the GCC and extends to Europe, USA, UK and Australia. In June 1995, business operations were re-organized with Taurani Holdings Limited (Bahamas) being incorporated as the holding company for the subsidiaries located in the UAE. From the year 1996 onwards, the Taurani Group of Companies has expanded internationally, with the incorporation of THL (UK) Holdings & THA Investments Pty Ltd (Australia). These 2 companies are holding companies for subsidiaries located in the UK & Australian markets respectively that operate as manufacturers/traders in steel, scaffolding and formwork.
