Having total 15 years of experience in engineering design & currently working in Hyster-Yale Group Inc.• Having 5 years of experience in Engine, Tipper, Trailer, Tanks design from Cummins India Ltd & has worked on Engine fundamentals, Engine subsystems, component design / packaging, Intake, Exhaust, Cooling system & packaging layout.• Group Leader in SPED department. Working with UK SPED Team for Design validation, Design review & released process. Responsible for all technical SPED activity.• Working on all Truck Engine & Integration projects in SPED.• Working with FEA department for component analysis.• Worked on various Engine applications such as Power generation, Industrial, Automotive & Marine Construction, Gas & Rail applications.• Thorough knowledge of Engine systems, engineering release & Engineering change request.• Proficiency in Auto Cad, Solid Works, Pro Engineer Solid, Sheet Metal, Pro- Cabling, Pro-Piping, PLM & Agile. Std’s ISO 1726 & ASME Std.(Inspection & material Selection.)• Technical Tools DVA, DBJ, DFSS, DMAIC, FMEA.• Developed product through design and analysis tools and validate through testing.• Participate in Design Validation requirements.• Conduct/Participate in Design Reviews.• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
