Handling more than 50 Linux servers for application functionality. Working for Logfiles managing and maintaining for long time as per backup policy. Working on ELK operations (Elastic, Logstash, Kafka) Troubleshooting with source servers for stopped logfiles having different type of servers.(RHEL, AIX, Windows, Networks, Firewalls). Checking connectivity and opening firewall policy (PORT) from source to application destination server. Managing asset having >20k servers of different types and maintaining log status daily. Working on Kibana Dashboard for logfiles.(file-beat, Logstash, Metric-beat, Zookeeper). Checking service status, restarting services of Kafka, Logstash shipper and Logstash Indexer servers. Checking Mount point CPU utilization and memory utilization as part of monitoring daily basis. Running Ansible Playbook for RHEL, WINTEL, and AIX server for stopped devices log receiving. Generating daily reports of Logs received and publishing. Working on Excel files (basic knowledge). Raising REQUEST for firewall access and for other changes in server through Remedy Application (Ticketing Tool). As production support, working on real time activations of client IDEA in ORACLE database. Building efficient SQL statement for manipulating huge data in database. Processing bulk and stuck real-time database transactions. Reading transaction XML logs and providing right information within teams. Incident management using Remedy Application. Interacting with different teams and clients via mails, calls, and incident for solving issues. Responsible for OS patching and DATABASE change activities with post deployment support for upgrades/changes done or not on production application. Generating reports form database as daily, weekly and monthly basis
