About Ajit Khetle

My mantra has been simple: Keep your people happy, be it clients or employees. From the past 31 years, I am in the industry to resolve technological challenges. I’ve given myself the responsibility to take up complicated projects and simplify them. I understood very early, “Only in a state of discomfort do we fully grow,” and that is what we kept doing. Taking challenging projects, one at a time and delivering solutions all over the country. My work has been my best companion. I founded Technocrats Group 31 years ago with this simple idea and every day we try to make sure to move in the upward direction, by using our impeccable technical expertise for designing solutions and satisfying clients. Honesty and integrity is the foundation on which Technocrats has been built. My role has ranged from understanding the underlying gaps through extensive research, defining the scope of mechanization, plugging the gaps with relevant technology, as well as overall view on companies finances and management. With more than 200 people working with us, I take care of operations and happiness of the Technocrats family. What drives me? I am on a mission to help PSUs and corporates build a safe and secure infrastructure by using our vast technical experience, which shall create a robust and rugged system, giving peace of mind.
