Business is about establishing trust, building a reputation, giving consumer/customer experiences, taking feedback, improving. it goes on. It is not a one-trick pony. If you are in business, you are in marketing. It is not necessary for everyone to know it, but it is extremely important to have folks with that skill if you want to run a business. I am a believer in the four P's and that's where it stops. Adding quaint alphabets and acronyms is just a fad. Nothing more. Everything you need to think and do in terms of business is contained in the 4 Ps. I have created large-scale marketing programs offline and online across product categories. I have sold Newspapers, Cars, Retail Banking, Hotels, Weight loss, Computers, Software, Martech products, IT services. From thinking around product development, building value propositions, developing communication ideas and getting them implemented. B2B, SaaS, and Tech are my current playing field. On one side, evolving the Brand Socxo, an innovative tech start-up in the Brand Advocacy and Organic Marketing space.
