About Ajit Ramesh

Started my career as a technical advisor for Sky TV in firstsource solution's, worked for about 3yrs in the same role, moved to another UK based process NOW TV as a advisor and then got promoted after a year as a Trainer and joined the learning and development team. I have been training and upskilling the new joiners and also made them achieve all targets. Apart from training, I also conduct process refreshers for the entire process and get them upto date. Been engaging with the clients as well to update and improvise the training material and also work on small video tutorials. I have contributed immensely in reworking on learning modules and also worked on shooting videos and reviews for the clients. Running effective floor refreshers and conducting projects toensure the clients targets are met.I was also given the opportunity to work with NOW TV as a secondment to update and rework the training modules. Before starting my new role I had visited the NOW TV office in London to work closely with my team for a short period.
