Currently, I am a Scrum Master Lead for TD- US banking portfolio of 25 million USD. I am entrusted with managing 3 dynamics pods with the TD AMCB portfolio. I take pride in facilitating the seamless transition from PDLC to Scaled Agile methodology, driving transformation changes of 12 pods so far. I excel in creating a culture of continuous improvement through ownership and understanding of projects, especially in managing the project timeline.
