Over past 10 years as an Executive leader I have had the opportunity to understand and contribute towards functioning of various aspects of hotel operations. I have been leading property operations, guest feedback, client relations and engagement. All with a focused approach to ensure profitable business operations while being resilient and balanced to deliver a best in class employee and guest experience. Being a part of pre-opening team of properties located in various parts of India including major metros to satellite towns, I have gained proficiency in installing and handling various aspects of business functions ranging from Brand standards implementation, budgeting and forecasting, statutory compliance, financial audits, 3rd party relations & vendor development, fostering engagement and motivation of employees and local community along with implementation, monitoring and continuous review of Policies & Standard Operating Procedures. Over the years working in various capacities in Hotel Management, Sales & Marketing of hotels ranging from upper upscale to mid-scale, I have gained experience and professionalism to safeguard the interest of both Management Company and Ownership. In all my assignment as a leader, I have been able to establish great team morale and also have excelled in achieving harmony and respect in Owners- Management relations.
