About Ajith Nair

I specialize in Product Management within Supply Chain Operations, focusing on building scalable, data-driven systems that optimize procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, vendor management, and end-to-end logistics execution. I translate business and operational requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and workflow enhancements that align with real operational constraints.I have led the design and development of a next-generation supply chain and logistics management platform, integrating modules across procurement, warehouse management (WMS / SAP EWM concepts), transportation planning, freight coordination, vendor performance, invoice flow, and analytics dashboards. I defined and prioritized features using Agile/Scrum, maintained product backlogs, conducted UAT, coordinated sprint releases, and drove continuous improvement cycles.Operationally, I have managed inbound/outbound logistics, OTIF (On Time In Full) performance improvement, replenishment planning, multi-vendor coordination, and documentation flows across domestic and international supply chain networks. I redesigned workflows to reduce TAT, improve inventory accuracy, streamline trip documentation, strengthen supplier relationships, and enhance service reliability. I also drove process automation, MIS reporting, and KPI visibility to support decision-making.Core Competencies:Product Management • Supply Chain Management • Inventory Optimization • Warehouse Operations (Put away / Picking / Slotting) • Transportation & Freight Management • Vendor & Supplier Performance • Procurement Workflows • Demand Planning & Forecasting • International Logistics & Incoterms • Agile • Scrum • Kanban • UAT • BRD/PRD • UI/UX Process Mapping • Process Improvement • ERP/WMS Understanding (SAP EWM Concepts) • KPI & Cost Optimization (OTIF, TAT, Lead Time, Fill Rate)I focus on building scalable supply chain systems that simplify complexity, enhance operational visibility, and deliver measurable improvements in service level, cost efficiency, and execution performance.
