I am a Quality Engineer and over five years of experience as a Quality Management System and TPM in the automobile manufacturing industry My academic foundation includes an Ontario college graduate certificate in Quality Engineering Management through which I have gained a sold working knowledge of TPS System 6 sigma process improvement Quality system auditing Continuous improvement techniques Statistics and reliability and hands on experience on Minitab and more. During my tenure at Ramkrishna Forgings Limited I gained hands-on experience in auditing manufacturing processes conducting internal and external audits and coordinating process improvement activities. I also played a pivotal role in initiating and managing the Daily Work Management system which contributed to enhanced data analysis and process efficiency within the plant. Additionally my expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and my active participation in all TPM pillar activities have allowed me to optimize equipment availability and production effectiveness. Furthermore I have a solid grasp of quality tools and methodologies such as the 7 QC Tools 8-D Approach Six Sigma Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) / Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). My certifications as an internal auditor for IATF 16949 AS9100D ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and ISO/TS 22163:2017 (IRIS) attest to my commitment to maintaining the highest standards in quality management.
