Ajmal Kashefi possesses more than ten years of experience both in public and private sectors as well as management of humanitarian programs via non-profit sector. His career responsibilities have been in the areas of Design, Manage, Conduct and Monitor the trainings, Training need assessments, Assisting the process of institutionalizing the CPD program in Supreme Court of Afghanistan, Capacity building, Institutional Development, Procedure Development, project planning. He has extensive knowledge of managing & coordinating multi-faceted, development programs. He has crafted plans, policies and administered projects. He contributed in high level reform committee of supreme court of Afghanistan, furthermore He contributed in developing training manuals for Judges and prosecutors on Criminal Law, EVAW Law, Money laundering, Gender, Human Rights. Moreover, his contributions with international organizations resulted in acquisition and delivery of projects worth more than $10 million and concluded successful project close outs. Mr. Kashefi’s pronounced capacity for logical and analytical thinking along with his power of judgement enabled him to achieve well-balanced solutions, even in difficult environment.
