Bringing ability to establish details of a design and also their specifications. • Attend Project technical and progress meetings with Client, Consultant and main contractor to ensure work is being performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, contracts and project time-line, • Work closely with Technical team and project team for all the technical/ site issues and conclude them with effective solution within budget and time-frame, • Interact and communicate with Main contractor/consultant for any technical/ site issues to make sure the progress of design and site activities should meet with project program, • Review the submissions to ensure they are complete, coherent and economic in accordance with architectural concept, BOQ and specification prior to final submission • To ensure that the approvals of drawing/ material obtained within the time-frame and take the lead to record the delays via official letters, • To keep track of design changes, site deviations and opportunities for variations by providing comprehensive information and coordinate with the Project Quantity surveyor to ensure that changes are being recorded and submitted within contractual time-frame • To prepare and submit the letters with respect to notification and delays for engineering works, design issues, site issues etc. in line with contract’s department • Assisting project team with all aspects of project implementation including site visits, factory visits, report preparation, quality checks etc. • Taking measures and preventive steps if any problem occurs and to ensure the work is carried out as per approved design and program, • Handling and ensuring all coordination is done in terms of receipt of approved drawings, material etc. according to sequence of installation • Keep the records of accomplishment for all MOM, design issues, related letters, and delays in program to help planning to claim extension of time etc.
