I am a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE) and geotechnical & tunnelling specialist with over 20 years of experience in geotechnical/tunnelling/rock engineering & structural design of civil structures with expertise in earth retaining structures, marine structures, temporary support system design, analysis, damage assessments and design of tunnels and underground excavations including instrumentation and monitoring for infrastructure projects in India, US, Canada, UK, Hong Kong & Middle East. I am proficient in numerical and finite element analysis methods and experienced to co-ordinate with daily site activities & clients. In my current role as Associate Technical Director, I am leading the Arcadis GEC geotechnics team sitting in India and Romania for UK, Australia, Canada, North America, Netherlands and Germany regions. Managing and leading a team of 65 engineers and BIM modelers. I am a part of senior leadership group of Arcadis in GEC, contributing to many leadership roles, formulating new processes and initiatives. Has successfully led and delivered many high-profile projects like Thames Tideway, Crossrail, CP5/CP6 Wessex framework, M4, M5, Barking Riverside, HS2 (N1N2) and HS2 (ongoing), etc, within the budget and time. I am a certified Design Manager and leading multidisciplinary projects for UK, US and Canada.
