With an MBA in Banking and Financial Support Services from Manipal Institute of Management, I have a strong foundation in the financial sector and the skills to manage complex sales cycles and contracts. I have also obtained multiple certifications from NISM and NSE to enhance my knowledge and credibility in the capital market domain. Prior to joining the stealth startup (A soon to be launched Ed- tech platform dealing with Allied heath care courses), I was a Sales Manager at upGrad and Relevel by Unacademy, two leading online education platforms in India. I managed and coached a team of 15 sales executives, overseeing their performance and providing them with feedback and guidance. I also played a key role in launching and scaling new products and services, increasing the user retention rate by 25% and the conversion rate by 18%. I am passionate about sales and learning, and I enjoy working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments that challenge me to grow and achieve more.
