Akansha is a Corporate Secretary, LLB and Commerce graduate. She is currently working with Cengage Learning India as Company Secretary and AM-Finance. Cengage provides learning solutions to higher education, professional, library reference, develop and publish products to meet the constantly changing needs of our educational, professional, trade and library markets. Previously she worked with WELLMEI, chinese MNC founded in 1988 in Dongguan, Guangzhou China. Wellmei is a leading company in the new tooling technology, with more than 60 patented technologies. Earlier she was the Corporate Secretary of Sanspareils Greenlands "SG", India. SG is one of the largest manufacturer of Cricket Sports gear in the world. She was handling legal matters, secretarial and other factory compliances. She was also responsible for company law compliances, finance management and allied laws pertaining to import and export. She also served many infrastructure companies as legal consultant and compliance advisor. She was responsible for compliances with company, conducting board/general meetings, overall better corporate governance practices. She has also been trained with leading infrastructure group "Unnati Group", India and with a compliance tool software Company, India, as a part of her overall training with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Akansha is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2015.
