About Akarsh Choudha

Currently working as a Manager in EY, experienced in handling the large scale transformation projects in Finance. Prior to that I have worked in financial domain with AIB and in IT software development with Accenture for approx 3 years, led many projects under my leadership and gained industrial experience. Being a supply chain student I have built a good understanding of key modules like operations, data analytics, risk management and project & product management. I did my under graduation in mechanical engineering, where I have built my knowledge base around the key modules like Industrial engineering, Machine Design, Process & Product design, Mechanics, Thermodynamics and Metallurgy. There are multiple skills apart from technical skills which I have developed during my professional career and my masters i.e. team management, leadership, team building, pressure handling, time management and client & stakeholder management. During my professional journey I have acquired few certifications like ISTQB certification in testing and learnt testing methodologies, SaFe agile certification and learnt the agile & scrum methodologies. I'm experienced in both agile and waterfall methodologies. I have a hands-on experience in the scrum methodologies. Working with big consulting firms helped me to built IT & Finance knowledge. I have demonstrated experience in business & data analysis. I worked in large scale programmes, where collaborated with the key stakeholders globally to ensure the successful delivery of key deliverables, this built my experience in people & stakeholder management.
