About Akash Basu

As a high agency person and a biorobotics engineer, I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills in neurotech design, sales and business development. I graduated from University of Twente with a Master of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering - Biomedical Robotics and Device Design, where I learned how to design and develop innovative devices and systems for research and clinical applications. Currently, I work as an International Sales Representative at ANT Neuro, a leading company in the field of neuroscience for clinical and research purposes. I am responsible for identifying and communicating potential methods and processes for development in the MedTech industry, in terms of revenue generation, customer acquisition and expansion. I use my expertise in sales, business development, OKRs, and design engineering to deliver effective solutions and training for our customers in Europe and Latin America. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in this dynamic and growing sector. Oh and I love writing, hiking and cooking in my free time:)
