As the Deputy Director of Analytics and Business Insights at Myntra, one of India's leading online fashion platforms, I lead a team of 8 analysts who provide data-driven insights and recommendations to various business functions, such as marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service. I have over eight years of experience in e-commerce analytics, having worked with Flipkart, India's largest e-commerce company, for six years in various roles, such as Analytics Lead and Senior Business Analyst. I have successfully delivered multiple projects that improved customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, as well as revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. I hold a master's degree in Mechatronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, one of the most prestigious engineering institutes in the world, and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. I have also completed several certifications in analytics, data science, and Python from reputed institutions, such as INSOFE and LinkedIn.
