I have a Bachelor's of hotel management degree from Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar, and I am expected to graduate in March 2023. I have over a year of work experience in the hospitality industry, including a four-month internship at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, one of the leading hotel chains in India. I have developed skills in hospitality industry, luxury goods sales, and food service, and I have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. I am proficient in handling front office operations, such as reservations, check-in, check-out, billing, and guest relations. I also assist in marketing and sales activities, such as promoting hotel packages, services, and facilities, and upselling and cross-selling products. I am a team player, a quick learner, and a problem-solver, and I always strive to exceed expectations and achieve excellence.
