About Akash Deep Yadav

An experienced agile change management professional delivering human-centric solutions to clients and helping them achieve their business transformational goals. Prior to joining Accenture & Deloitte as a change management professional, I worked in the IT industry with one of the IT giants, Capgemini India. I had a 3-year stint as a software developer that helped me learn not only the various technologies involved in building an application but also made me a problem solver with good analytical skills and an innovative thinker. As part of my role, I worked primarily on developing test suites that automated the execution of test cases as part of end-to-end application testing. This had a major impact on the man hours required to do the testing, as it brought down the time significantly and allowed quicker project delivery. I hold a B.Tech. degree from NIT Raipur in ETC and a Masters degree from TISS Mumbai in Organisation, Development, Change, and Leadership. As part of a consulting project during my Masters, I got the opportunity to interact with various stakeholders of a non-profit firm and identify the root causes of their attrition problem. I am an avid cricket lover and sports enthusiast. Love to play cricket and basketball outside of work. Wish to explore different Indian cities and enjoy their famous delicacies.
