In my role as a Process and Workflow Engineer, I specialize in transformations of production units and setup processes, which are often necessitated by the introduction of new customers or products. From printing to shipping, I am responsible for refining and optimizing production operations, addressing a wide range of issues spanning maintenance to IT production tools. I specialize in guiding individuals through ticket processes to expedite problem-solving and ensure efficient resolution of production challenges. Working closely with IT Infrastructure, Development, and Engineering Teams, I facilitate seamless communication and collaboration to address issues promptly and effectively. Collaborating closely with production managers and engineers, I integrate new machines, commission them, prepare SOPs, and conduct training sessions. With a proactive problem-solving approach, I drive continuous improvement throughout the production process, leveraging technology and best practices.
