I hold an MBA in Information Technology and Business Management from Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT Pune) and a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications from Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research (SICSR Pune). With a strong academic foundation, I have developed a keen interest in business analysis, project management, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making. My education has provided me with exposure to IT systems, business strategy, and tools that enable effective alignment of technology with organizational goals. Professionally, I am currently working as IT Business Analyst at Axis Bank, where I lead the implementation and enhancement of internal banking applications. My experience spans requirements gathering, stakeholder management, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and conducting UAT and SOAP UI testing. I have collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery in fast-paced environments. I also interned with Magneto IT Solutions, where I contributed to digital commerce projects, client proposals, and market research, sharpening my understanding of IT consultancy and business development. Looking ahead, my goal is to deepen my expertise in business analysis and IT project management, focusing on leveraging technology to drive business innovation and operational excellence. I aim to expand my capabilities in emerging fields like AI, data analytics, and enterprise systems integration while contributing to impactful, scalable solutions. I am committed to continuous learning and aspire to take on leadership roles where I can bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, adding long-term value to the organizations I work with.
