With eleven years of experience as a business founder, social impact professional, and startup advisor, I'm currently dedicated to supporting social enterprises in scaling. Long Story - Professional Journey: In the past eleven years, I've led products, programs and people, and built strategies and partnerships in high-growth for-profit and not-for-profit startups. At The/Nudge Institute, I work closely with non-profit startup founders who are creating products and services to improve livelihood resilience in India. Diverse Impact: My career has two main parts—social impact and business. In the social impact space, I've done grant-making at Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives, designed a Changemaker program for Ashoka, and developed product and marketing strategies at Karnataka Health Promotion Trust. On the business side, I consulted at Deloitte on launching a 4G network in South Africa, founded and led execution and operations at Oodio - a premium online design studio for photographers in 15+ countries, and started T20 to help students get into top US universities. I've studied or worked in 4 countries. Recognitions: I've been recognized and awarded by institutions like Harvard University, BITS Pilani, Entrepreneur First, Sandbox, StartingBloc, University of Washington, and others for my academic, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills. My work has been covered by Mint, Times of India, CNBC, Yourstory etc. I've also advised several startups. Creative Leadership: Colleagues know me as a problem solver who values honesty and commitment. I think simple and big, and find joy in mentoring, data analysis, research, strategy design, and impactful presentations. I also enjoy building inclusive and supportive environments. Educational Background: I have a BE from BITS Pilani, an MBA from the University of Washington at Seattle, and an MS from Harvard University.
