After completing my master thesis in silver sintering in 2023, I have had the privilege of continuing my work in process development, expanding my expertise from silver sintering to transfer and compression molding for power module packaging. I thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments, always focused on delivering solutions that are both high-quality and cost-effective. My key strengths include clear and effective communication, a strong sense of integrity in my work, and a deep respect for my colleagues and the teams I collaborate with. Before embarking on my master’s journey in Germany, I earned my Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University, India. I then spent three years working in the machine tool industry as an Operations Engineer, where I gained valuable insights into operational efficiency and problem-solving. I am excited to continue growing in my field and look forward to connecting with professionals who share my passion for innovation and excellence in engineering.
