I work at the intersection of learning design, workforce development, and industry demand, focused on building learning systems that translate skills into real careers.As Deputy Head – Curriculum & Instruction at Generation India Foundation, I lead efforts to design and scale industry-aligned curricula, strengthen instructional quality, and build trainer capability across training ecosystems. My work focuses on ensuring that learning programs are not only well designed but also delivered in ways that consistently drive employability outcomes for learners.Over the years, I have led teams in developing and implementing curricula across multiple sectors and job roles, integrating technical, behavioral, and mindset skills to prepare learners for the realities of modern workplaces. A key part of this work involves building systems that support trainers and instructional leaders—from structured trainer development models to data-driven approaches that improve classroom learning and program effectiveness.Beyond curriculum design, I am particularly interested in how learning systems can scale without losing quality. This includes strengthening training partner ecosystems, building instructional frameworks, and continuously aligning programs with evolving industry needs.My academic background in Hotel Management provided an early foundation in administration and operational strategy, which today informs how I approach program design and system building within the skilling ecosystem.I strongly believe that when learning systems are thoughtfully designed and effectively delivered, they can transform individual potential into long-term economic opportunity.Career philosophy:From classrooms to systems, my focus has always been on turning learning into real career opportunities.Interested in conversations around curriculum design, trainer development, and workforce skilling systems.
