Currently, I work with Colliers International India Pvt Ltd, managing the operations for Vanderlande Industries Pvt Ltd, Pune. My expertise spans maintaining critical infrastructure, including FAS, UPS, HVAC systems, and electrical panels, while ensuring efficient management of soft services like housekeeping, security, and event coordination.In my role, I manage vendor relationships, execute preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate shutdown activities to minimize disruption.
