I am an accomplished professional with hands-on experience supporting Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, and coordinating cross-functional IT projects. I thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving are essential to delivering high-quality outcomes. My expertise includes partnering with senior project managers and product owners to oversee schedules, manage resources, and ensure the timely delivery of milestones. I am well-versed in JIRA, Confluence, Trello, and MS Project, which I use to track tasks, report progress, and strengthen transparency. In addition, I lead daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to drive continuous improvement and encourage team collaboration. Throughout my career, I have contributed to large-scale initiatives with measurable impact. I developed a governance framework for GDMS that increased contract award success from 12 percent to 60 percent. I delivered critical government projects for the Department of State, Department of Interior, FEMA, Department of Energy, U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, and GDIT Land Systems. I also redesigned customer communication and fulfillment protocols that improved satisfaction scores by 35 percent, and secured a $3M U.S. Bank contract through a targeted project presentation. In leadership roles, I have directed operations for more than 370 employees across global sites, overseeing service delivery for over 1.8M annual contacts and managing large-scale service desks for clients such as Textron and Raytheon.
