Msc Chemistry, E.MBA, DBA). My position is Production Manager in the Dr. abidi Pharmaceutical Company. Tehran. Iran. In our department there are five units: 1. Preparation wet and dry granule. Tablet press and Filling. Tablet coating. Packaging. Liquid(Syrup). hazardous Medicines At the first, we prepare wet and dry granules, after that there are drying, milling and blending. So we prepare the proper powder and we use it for pressing and filling, In some cases, in the tablets, there are coating process like a painting. Sometimes, in preparation for tablets, capsules, coating and packaging, we run into troubles. In this cases, We have used our experience and knowledge for improving process. I am responsible all of the processes in six units with more than 100 staffs. Most departments that we have connection are: 1. Planning 2. Technical 3. QC & QA 4. R&D 5. Warehouse 6. Regularity Also, I had worked in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Company(TEMAD) in R&D and production department on synthesis of Stroids and Anti-depressant medicines such as Deaxamethasone, Methadone, Cortones and Prazol families.
