Senior manager currently working as Plant Utilities manager at SBC Ikeja mega plant housing beverage factories for 4RGBs & 7 Pet lines, Perform factory, Health & Personal Care factory, Crown cork & Crate factories. On this role I am responsible for Utilities, facilities & processing equipment maintenance. Previously I have managed different projects from conception to commissioning: while in Chi, I managed 2 Mega Utility Expansion Projects. 1st phase Expansion At Chi Limited *Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project leading to an additional 50cubic meter per hour.*Water Recovery Project that saw the recovery of about 200 cubic meter of water/day.*Chilled Water Expansion Project: that saw the installation of 450tr & 470tr Vapour Absorption Chillers.*Steam Expansion that lead to the addition of 12tons Steam Boiler with economizer I was also instrumental to a 2nd phase Utility Expansion Project where I prepared the front end engineering consumption requirement; calculated and compared the present utility capacity for compressed air, water, steam, power & effluents available to meet the mega expansion for the intended additional production equipment, sizing, routing and technical data selection of right Utility equipment, location of installation, and also carried out some preinstallation activities for the 2nd phase utility Expansion of the Utility plant at Chi Limited for additional 2 units of 10bar 17cubic meter of sized IR compressed LP Air System, additional 50m3/hr water Treatment Plant addition, steam header expansion and additional water degasser unit to improve pH, additional 600tr of Vapour Absorption Chiller machine. I prepared the ground work for the location, installation and participated in vendor selection process while awaiting some of the equipment arrival before leaving to SBC. In SBC, I have participated in HP 40bar compressed air Expansion Project which include installation of additional 2 HP Reciprocating compressors (Belliss Marcom and AF compressors). I am presently managing a mega utility plant where am instrumental to the Expansion Projects for water routing, pipe sizing and installation of AF Reciprocating LP Compressor. I also participated and a key driver for CO2 Reduction Project at SBC.
