My experience and qualification will enable me to add immeasurably to the overall efficiency and productivity as a part of your team. As my resume will attest, I was employed recently employed with Turf Holdings Inc, operating as Weed Man USA for the past three years. Previous to that, with TD Canada Trust (Telephone Banking) for over five years. In that time I improved my skills and demonstrated that I am a quick learner and was soon promoted to Resource Officer. As a Resource Officer (supervisor) I was a member of a team that worked closely with front line staff, management and business partners. As the first line support I recognized trends and areas of opportunities that are critical to meeting the day to day needs of the customers and communicated these trends and areas of opportunity which assisted in the success of the business objectives. In this role I was important part of fostering a team environment, promoting exceptional customer service, and meeting key departmental business objectives. I am most interested in providing exceptional customer service. In addition, I am looking forward to contributing by looking beyond the obvious problems, working with customers and colleges using specialized solutions to exceed expectations and provide resolutions. My diverse and intense academic, professional, and leadership experiences would make me a valuable asset. I am passionate about delivering the highest standard of customer service. My work experience has also strengthen my ability to multi-task, be attentive to detail while consistently following procedures and demonstrating time management skills.
